The documentary requirements:
– Application for Scholarship Form: download here
– 2×2 picture of the applicant
– Valid ID
– Certificate of Indigency from the barangay chairman
– Certificate of no property landholding from the Assessor’s Office of the municipality where the family of the applicant resides
– Official copy of assessment of tuition fee for the intended course certified by the school where applicant intends to enrol
– Copy of applicant’s report card
– Good moral character from the school where applicant is currently enrolled

Additional Information:

If you are accepted then you will be requested to take an on-line Strengths Assessment to find out a bit more about who you are, what your strengths are.
You will be coached to be the best possible version of yourself. This will help you make decisions that fit to you and help you end up as contented as possible.
